SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES
As our items are handmade and created just for you, we do not accept returns. We have very detailed sizing charts under "Sizing" in our "Info" section, as well as in our product details. We strongly encourage you to measure you pups neck before purchasing.
If you have a question or concern about your order, please reach out to us via email (email@example.com) or our Instagram DMs (@goodvibesdogco). We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do all we can to help!
Each item is made-to-order, just for you. Orders take 14 days to process (from date of order to ship date) prior to shipping. We reserve the right to extend our processing time if necessary. Please keep in mind there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

We ship USPS + UPS for domestic locations within the United States and USPS + UPS International Package Service outside of the United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of products ordered and USPS/UPS rates; US orders over $125.00 ship free (order must total to $125 after discount codes for free shipping to apply). Doormats always ship separately. Free shipping terms subject to change, and may not apply to all products. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped that includes your tracking number.
Good Vibes Dog Co. is not responsible for orders returned or rejected because of an invalid, insufficient, old or improper address provided by the customer, natural disasters, transportation delays or strikes, customs, or other. Please make sure that you review your shipping address prior to completing a purchase. In the event that this happens, we will not be able to resend your items without a new shipping cost being billed to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our location, we rely on mail carriers to deliver your order in an accurate and timely fashion. Delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances or weather. In the rare instance that your package did not arrive, but tracking shows your package status as "delivered", we recommend contacting your local USPS office. They may be able to assist with locating your package. For packages that are lost you may also file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Please reach out to us if you have any issues receiving your package. We will do everything we can to help on our end, however Good Vibes Dog Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cannot be replaced.
International Orders/ Custom Duties
(for international orders)
All international packages are shipped via USPS First Class International or UPS based on package weight. Due to COVID and USPS updates, we are currently only shipping internationally to Canada, parts of Europe, and Australia. Delivery and transit times differ by country. Import duties, fees and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Good Vibes Dog Co. is not responsible for any of these fees, import duties, VAT, or customs charges, as these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Your items will not be reshipped or refunded, including shipping fees, in the event that your package is refused or returned.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays due to customs.
